This tale is the last of the current batch of Wandering Bards Guild posts. My voice has healed completely from strep and I’m ready to provide ludicrous voices for intros and talk through scriptures at long stretches again. We’re going to take a break from our study of Genesis for this one, as Ryan Felton from City on a Hill Gaming steps back behind the bar to share about something he is trying to see more of in himself and his ministry. Truly being present with people and caring deeply for them. To go beyond just asking how somebody is doing and other small talk, but to try to grow relationships where he can deeply know others and to be known by them as well.
Clearly those ideas strike close to the heart of what the Bard & Bible and Innroads as a whole is about. We pray that Ryan’s encouragement and challenge will speak to all of us, and we’ll see you back for Genesis next time.
