Once Upon a Time is a fantastic storytelling card game where the players create a fairy tale adventure … but you kinda need the right people playing to make it work right. Being a great storyteller helps, but isn’t required. However, you need to play with people excited about the experience of playing rather than victory. The way you really win the game is by getting people together to tell an amazing story.

This reminds me that I should dig out this game for a possible game night over the holiday break. I haven’t yet found the right group of people to play with, and my extended family isn’t really into gaming, but I MIGHT be able to get them to all sit down and give this a shot.
